Q: Where do you ship from?A: All in-stock items ship directly from our Atlanta, Georgia warehouse, which allows us to process and ship most orders the same day if placed before 4 PM Eastern Time.

Q: Do you provide return shipping labels?A: Yes! We offer prepaid return label options for returns and exchanges. Just click the “Start a Return” button at the top of this page to begin. Fees vary based on your selection (return only, exchange only, or both). The form will guide you through the options clearly.

Q: What is your online return policy?A: We accept returns and exchanges for online purchases within 30 days of purchase, as long as items are clean, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Q: Is it possible to return praise dancewear bought in-store?A: In-store purchases of praise dancewear can only be exchanged. Since many of these garments are bought in bulk for ministry use, we do not accept returns on these items. If you need a different size or style, we’re happy to assist with an exchange, provided the item is unworn, in original condition, and returned within 30 days of purchase.

Q: Can I get a refund after 30 days?A: Orders returned after 30 days are not eligible for a refund but may be considered for store credit, pending management approval.

Q: How do I exchange an item?A: Exchanges are accepted within 30 days. Items must be clean, undamaged, and in resellable condition. If you're sending it back yourself, the reshipment fee is $6.75 If you'd like us to provide a label and send the exchange item, the combined fee is around $12.70 Go to “Returns & Exchanges” at the bottom of the page to see all your options.
