Returns & Refunds

 

At Dance Fashions Warehouse, our policy is built on unconditional satisfaction with your purchase while maintaining fairness and clarity.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.

If a different size or style is needed:

  • Please place a new order for the correct item

  • Return the original item following the instructions below

  • Once received and approved, a refund will be issued for the returned item

This process allows for faster fulfillment and accurate inventory management.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Return shipping is covered by Dance Fashions Warehouse only if:

    • The item is defective, or

    • An error was made on our part

If a return label is issued, it will be sent via Stamps.com.

⚠️ Return label links and QR codes expire after 24 hours and must be used or downloaded promptly.

Return Eligibility

Returns must:

  • Be initiated within 30 days of purchase

  • Be unworn, unwashed, clean, and resellable

  • Include original packaging and tags

  • Include a copy of the invoice or order confirmation

  • Include a note stating the return is for refund

Ineligible Items

The following items are final sale:

  • Opened tights (for health and hygiene reasons)

  • Special orders

  • Clearance items

Items returned with makeup, deodorant, oils, fragrance, stains, odors, wear, or damage will be refused and returned at the customer’s expense.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued for merchandise only

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable

  • Orders that originally shipped free of shipping will incur a 10% restocking fee

  • Returns received after 30 days are not eligible for refund
    (Store credit may be requested and is subject to management approval)

All refunds are processed after inspection and approval.

International Shipping

We ship internationally using USPS, FedEx, and DHL.

  • International orders are billed actual shipping charges

  • Customers may request a shipping quote prior to ordering

  • USPS Air Parcel is typically the most economical option
    (Estimated delivery up to 2 weeks; not guaranteed)

  • Express international services via FedEx or DHL are available and guaranteed by the carrier

⚠️ FedEx considers Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands international destinations. Domestic FedEx rates do not apply.
