Refund & Return Policy

Our policy is unconditional satisfaction of our customers with their purchases.

We do not provide shipping labels for return and exchange packages. 

All refunds and exchanges must be:

 

  • Made within 30 days of purchase date.

  • In clean, undamaged, original condition with original packaging and tags still attached.

  • Included with a copy of the invoice and note informing us what to do.

Ineligibility 

 

  • Please do not try on the merchandise with make-up on or oily substances.

  • Any returned items that violate our return policy or is sent to us with stains, wear or tear, make-up and/or dirt will not be accepted and it will be returned back to you at your expense.

  • Please thoroughly examine the returned items prior to shipping it back!

  • Due to health reasons, open tights are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

  • Special orders and clearance items are final sale!

Refunds

  • Orders that are returned for refunds that were shipped free of shipping charges, we will charge a 10% restocking fee.

  • All refunds are for merchandise only, shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

  • Any order that is returned past 30 days is not eligible for refund but you can request a store credit which must be approved by management.

  • All items must be clean, undamaged, and in re-sellable condition in order to be considered for refunds.

  • Items that are returned in an unacceptable condition will be denied and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Exchanges

  • For exchanges, there is a reshipment fee of $6.75.

  • If any additional items are added, shipping will be based on standard order shipping fees.

  • All items must be clean, undamaged, and in re-sellable condition in order to be considered for exchange.

  • Items that are returned in an unacceptable condition will be denied and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

  • International orders will be charged exact shipping charges on exchanges.

 

How to Return

  • Please return the merchandise via USPS with delivery confirmation, FedEx, or UPS where you can trace the returns.

  • We are not responsible for any lost shipments!

  • Please make a note for us with precise instructions, either exchange or refund, on a copy of the receipt that was sent to you in your original shipment or a copy of your emailed order confirmation.
