Some orders may be shipped directly from Gaynor Minden to ensure you receive your preferred configuration.

• If your shoe is in stock in our location it will ship same day. If it comes from Gaynor Minden, it typically takes 1–3 business days to receive confirmation from Gaynor Minden and then 10–14 days for it to ship.

• If your size is out of stock, we will contact you directly to offer alternative in-stock fits or to place a special order for your exact size.

• Special orders for made-to-order sizes take approximately 10–14 weeks for production and delivery.

Because Lyra and Europa models share the same fit but differ slightly in shank flexibility, small adjustments can help you maintain a familiar feel if your exact model is unavailable:

• Lyra wearers: You can go one shank strength down in Europa for a very similar feel.

• Europa wearers: You can go one shank strength up in Lyra for a very similar feel.

For example:
If you wear SC 9M 3+ F DH in Europa, the closest match in Lyra would be LSC 9M 3+ S DH — the Supple shank in Lyra closely mimics the Feather shank in Europa, and the fit remains identical.
