Try three pairs at home with your online fitter. The DFW 3-Pair Pointe Shoe Fit Kit lets dancers working with an online pointe shoe fitter try on up to three pairs at home, keep the pair that fits, and send the rest back to us.
Order the kit first: tell us your fitter's name and the three pairs your fitter chose for you (brand, model, size, width and shank for each pair).
How it works
1. Order the fit kit ($60). This includes a $25 kit fee, which is credited toward the pair you keep, and $35 for insured shipping to you and insured return shipping back to us. Your shoes are not charged on this order.
2. We email your invoice. Once we confirm all three pairs are in stock, we send an invoice for the three pairs, with your $25 kit fee taken off.
3. Your kit ships. As soon as the invoice is paid, your three pairs ship insured, with a prepaid insured return label in the box.
4. Try them on with your fitter. Keep the pair that fits best.
5. Send the other pairs back. Use the included return label within 3 business days of delivery. Once we receive and inspect them, we refund the pairs you returned.
Try-on rules
Try shoes on indoors on a clean, carpeted surface or mat, wearing tights or socks.
Do not sew ribbons or elastics, darn, or alter the shoes in any way.
Keep each pair in its own box with all tags.
Returns and refunds
Returned pairs must arrive clean, unworn and unaltered to be refunded.
Pairs that come back worn, marked, sewn, damaged or late, or are not returned, are not refunded.
Return shipping must use the insured label we provide.
If you return all three pairs, the $25 kit fee and the $35 shipping are not refunded. You are refunded for the shoes only.
